A career hockey executive, Bill made the jump to baseball and was instrumental to the success of the team's inaugural season. He has fifteen years of experience operating minor league hockey teams, most recently with the Wenatchee Wild of the British Columbia Hockey League. Ryan is a Canadian professional American football punter for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He helped the Seahawks win the Vince Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl XLVIII over the Denver Broncos. He played college football for the University of Regina Rams, and began his professional career with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL) after being selected in the Canadian College Draft. He was then signed by the Green Bay Packers of the NFL in 2006 and joined the Seahawks in 2008.
Scott founded Aldrich Wealth LP, and Aldrich Retirement Solutions LP in 1998, and remains as President of both companies. He has over 20 years of experience in wealth management, and as a CPA. Aldrich Wealth LP serves individual and corporate clients and has over $1 billion dollars under management with offices in Portland and San Diego. Scott owned and operated the Gresham GreyWolves of the West Coast League in 2017 prior to joining Rose City Baseball, and coached for the team in 2016.

Swenson spent the 2017 season as General Manager of the Gresham GreyWolves. He will remain the GreyWolves GM in 2018. Prior to 2017, Swenson spent the two previous seasons as the Assistant Coach and Pitching Coach for the Portland Pilots. He coached for several years at the University of Washington as well, where he helped the Huskies reach three-straight NCAA Championships (2002-04) as an Assistant Coach. Before Washington, Swenson served as the Head Coach at Tacoma Community College, where he played two seasons (1990-91). Swenson also coached at Washington State University for ten seasons. A homegrown Portlander, Ryan got his start in the sports management world early while working in Guest Servies with the Portland Beavers baseball team and for the Portland Timbers Football Club at the then PGE Park. This is Ryan's third season with the Pickles as Account Execuative and Ticket/Mechandise Manager. Ryan will handle all of the Pickles game-day staff during the 2018 season. At the University of Oregon, Ryan graduated with a BS in Business with a concentration in Sports Marketing. He enjoys playing basketball, floating the Clackamas, and cheering on his Ducks in his spare time.

Flynn will be on the call for all 66 games including traveling with the Pickles for all road games. In addition to broadcasting, he assumes the role of Media Relations Coordinator and Communications Manager, working with media to curate unique stories about the team and players. Pickles fans can also connect with Jamie as an Account Representative. Flynn joins the Pickles having recently graduated from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY), where he pitched at the Division I level for the Big Red while also working for the Big Red Sports Network. He is a native of Ashland, OR.
Randy is a native of Pleasant Grove, Alabama, and Pastor at Solid Rock Baptist Church in SE Portland. In addition to pastoring Solid Rock, Randy spends time during the school year investing in leaders in the Portland metro area. Randy and his wife Tina have two boys, Bailey and Connor. They love sports and outdoor recreation and are creative in connecting these passions with ministry.
