The man, myth and legend is back in Portland to continue the program’s upward trajectory. With a 92-68 (.580) overall record with the team, Magdaleno looks to continue his winning ways by building the most impressive roster to date. He’s spent time winning at Clark College, where he’s led the Penguins to six-straight 20-plus win seasons.

With over 30 years of baseball experience, Grant boasts an understanding of the game that has been a staple of his coaching style for years. With success at collegiate and high school levels of coaching (and play), Grant has served the Pickles well during his time with the team.

  • Jordan Barchus

Bench Coach/Defense Coach - Clark College

The up-and-coming assistant coach spent two years working baseball operations with the University of San Francisco before being hired on to Magdaleno’s staff at Clark, where he’s proven to be an incredible presence for the team and has contributed to their winning ways. This will be his third year assisting the Pickles roster.
